Cancellation by Client

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled shoot: 50% refund of advance payment.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot: No refund of advance payment.

Cancellation by Tapture Studio

If we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued, or the client may reschedule at no extra cost.

No-Show Policy

• If a client fails to attend the scheduled shoot without notice, no refund will be issued.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
