• Tapture Studio offers photography, videography, editing, and related creative services.
• Service details, packages, and pricing will be shared before booking.

Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
• Remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery of photos/videos.
• Payments are non-transferable.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate details during booking.

Arrive on time for scheduled shoots.

Obtain necessary permissions (locations, model releases, etc.) before the shoot.

Studio Responsibilities

• Deliver professional-quality services as per agreed terms.
• Maintain confidentiality of client data and media.

Usage Rights

• Tapture Studio retains copyright of all work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients may use delivered photos/videos for personal or business purposes, but not resell or misrepresent them.
• Tapture Studio may use select work for portfolio/marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

• Tapture Studio is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond control (natural disasters, technical failures, etc.).

Changes to Terms

• Tapture Studio reserves the right to update Terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated Terms.
